The AHRI AI Innovation Lab, hosted at the Armauer Hansen Research Institute in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, is a center of excellence dedicated to the transformative use of AI and machine learning in healthcare.
We work alongside communities, healthcare providers, and decision-makers to co-create innovative solutions that directly impact public health. Our work includes generating critical datasets, developing AI-powered diagnostic tools, and deploying community-based AI systems for disease surveillance.
